Welcome to the blog for the St. Vincent de Paul Adult Learning Center in New Orleans, Louisiana! (The official title for our school is St. Vincent de Paul Adult Learning Center for Empowerment, but it is often abbreviated as SVDP-ALC.)
We hope to bring our readers information about our school, its teachers, its volunteers, and the students as we work to improve the literacy skills of adult learners in post-Katrina New Orleans.
